Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance ManagerPrimo Brands, a Des Moines-based brand and marketing agency, seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure flawless delivery of digital, print, and packaging work for leading food, beverage, and CPG brands. In this role, you will design and enforce QA standards, build test plans and checklists, and oversee pre-flight reviews across web, email, social, and production assets. You'll partner closely with strategy, creative, account, and development teams, improving workflows, reducing defects, and championing a culture of quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own agency-wide QA standards, processes, and documentationPlan and execute QA for digital, print, and packaging deliverablesCreate test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for projectsReview creative, copy, and layouts for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelinesCollaborate with strategy, creative, account, and development teams to prevent defects earlyImplement pre-flight and final sign-off procedures before client deliveryTrack, analyze, and report on defects and quality metrics to leadershipTrain and mentor team members on QA best practices and toolsRequired SkillsQuality assurance processesTest planning and executionDigital QA (web, email, social)Print and packaging pre-press QABug tracking and defect managementQA tools and issue tracking software (e.g., Jira, Asana)Cross-functional project collaborationDocumentation and checklist creationRisk and impact assessmentData-driven quality metrics and reporting
