Job Description As a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from a variety of industries. This mission‑critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including media filtration, wastewater, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), de‑oxygenation, electro deionization, and ultrafiltration (UF). Key Characteristics Conduct maintenance and calibration activities Consult with customer management and operation teams Excellent mechanical know‑how and problem‑solving skills Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance Duties & Responsibilities Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and various other site‑specific testing requirements Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX) Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 2 years of experience in industrial, oil field, refineries, or chemical plants Electrical, chemical, and/or mechanical experience Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online training, EHS reporting) Able to lift 50 lbs Qualifications High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification or international equivalent; 2+ years of service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment Current TWIC Card is required Current driver’s license Preferred Skills Forklift experience/training Preferred Education Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical Additional Information 5 % travel (training/other site visits) 12‑hour shifts with night rotations Hot, dirty, loud, moving equipment Working with chemicals for water treatment EEO Statement As an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
