Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Florida Licensed Crisis Counselor will assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, deliver crisis intervention, and maintain documentation while working remotely from home in Florida. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple software systems effectively Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Florida residency required for remote work
