This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work remotely two days a week while enjoying the vibrant culture and opportunities that Boston has to offer.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to extending offers.Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring processes.Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear communication and transparency.Update and maintain requisition and candidate progress within the ATS for accurate records.Collaborate with the Operations team to manage pre-employment requirements for new hires.Requirements1-3 years of professional experience in recruiting and/or sourcing.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and relevant experience.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and SAP.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.PreferencesExperience in high volume recruitment.Project management and process deployment expertise.Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.Knowledge of HR processes and HR legal compliance.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a collaborative team.Ready to make a difference in the recruitment world?
