This hybrid role requires the team to be on-site 2 days per week.This role coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of modern data platforms, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Fabric and data governance using Microsoft Purview.Should have expertise in delivering projects involving EDW modernization, cloud data platforms, and analytics solutions.Partner with client on Fabric/Purview integration & implementationParticipate in implementation and integration of Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., OneLake, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Data Science, Power BI).Communicating with Customer on daily/weekly/need basis to participate in the strategic discussions.Lead the team of 10 - 20 associatesKnowledge of issue management and risk management, Scope management and resource management.Self-motivated with an ability to learn and work on project.Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Data Warehouse and analytics initiatives, from initiation through closure.Drafting proposals, providing effort estimations, and participating in client presentations Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.Collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed solutions on Data Governance & Management.Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Warehouse concepts, including data modeling, ETL/ELT, and analytics.Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures.Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance, cataloging, and compliance.Understanding of Azure data services and BI ecosystems (e.g., Power BI).Leverage Fabric/Purview implementation experience to lead the delivery in the engagementBasic Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.5+ years of technical lead experience, including large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse or analytics initiatives.5+ years experience with Informatica ETL 4+ years hands on with Azure cloud-based data platform projects.2+ years with Microsoft Fabric and its role in modern data architectures, including Power BIBachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceNice to Have; (But not a must)Insurance experience#LI-NorthAmerica About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
