Project Manager

QUAD Construction is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee the production and successful completion of large-scale construction projects. We’re looking for a multi-tasker with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills who can effectively lead both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Core Responsibilities: Collaborates with the project team to establish scope, schedule, and budget at the start of each project. Manages, monitors, and controls each phase to ensure efficiency and alignment with client expectations. Creates project plans, delegates responsibilities, and supervises staff and subcontractors. Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets, with ongoing monitoring to avoid delays. Leads project meetings, reviews schedules, and prepares detailed progress reports. Builds and maintains strong, professional relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants. Ensures all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of construction industry experience in roles with responsibilities equivalent to those listed above. Strong knowledge and comprehension of construction drawings and documents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; knowledge of Sage Timberline preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing multiple work assignments. Solutions-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
