Store Manager

Job Description

The Store Manager oversees all store operations, managing a large team to ensure excellent customer service and optimal sales performance. Reporting directly to the Store Owner, this role requires strong leadership to supervise a team of 16 or more employees, control inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The Store Manager is also responsible for staff training, shift scheduling, and compliance adherence, with occasional travel for meetings. The position offers growth opportunities focused on long-term store leadership.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a large team of 16+ employees
Manage inventory control and stock levels
Maintain strong customer relations and ensure satisfaction
Oversee sales performance and implement sales strategies
Train staff on customer service and operational procedures
Plan and implement visual merchandising standards
Monitor team performance and provide feedback
Create and manage shift schedules
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Required Qualifications

Proven team leadership skills
Experience with inventory management
Strong customer service background
Sales management expertise
Ability to train and develop staff
Conflict resolution capabilities
Effective time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of retail management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
