We are currently seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our dynamic clinical team. This includes administering medications and treatments, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), monitoring patient care, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and facility standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality careAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedChart all care provided, resident responses, and any changes in conditionAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfersParticipate in care planning, quality assurance initiatives, and staff developmentConduct rounds and ensure compliance with nursing proceduresRespond to emergencies and provide critical nursing interventionsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams and familiesMaintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and facility policiesPromote resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all timesQualifications:Current and unencumbered LVN license in the state of CaliforniaGraduate of an accredited LVN programCPR certification requiredPrior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferredExcellent communication, critical thinking, and leadership skillsProficient in basic computer use and electronic medical records (PCC experience preferred)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 25+ lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and reachingMust be able to respond to emergency situations and provide hands-on careCapable of working under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environmentWhy Join Sierra Valley Rehab Center?Competitive starting wage of $28/hourFlexible scheduling and shift availabilitySupportive team and strong clinical leadershipOngoing training, education, and advancement opportunitiesClean, safe, and resident-focused work environmentApply TodayJoin a team that values your skill, dedication, and heart for care.We are an equal opportunity employer.
