Key Qualifications:

• Previous paraprofessional experience within school settings
• Completion of all state-mandated trainings (proof required)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and school staff
• Clean background check required; fingerprint clearance must be completed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct assistance to students with various learning needs in a classroom environment
• Help implement teacher-designed instructional plans, supporting both individual and small group learning
• Foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth
• Support classroom management, routines, and student safety protocols
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures
