Physical Therapist

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations, implementing individualized treatment plans that consider the patients' physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Document patient progress and care according to professional practice guidelines.
Communicate essential patient information to ensure quality care continuity.
Adapt to various assignments related to caseload, scheduling, and staffing needs.
Provide appropriate supervision and delegation of personnel to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Participate in departmental operational activities, including meetings and information gathering.

Qualifications:

Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Working Conditions:

Shifts may consist of either five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days, typically during daytime hours.
Weekend, holiday, and floating requirements may apply as needed.
