The Valley of the Sun YMCA in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a part-time Lifeguard to monitor pool areas, ensure member safety, and respond quickly to emergencies. You will maintain active surveillance and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all ages. Requirements include minimum age 16, current YMCA Lifeguard certification or equivalent, ability to stay alert in variable conditions, and strong communication skills.
