Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position at a surgery center requiring OR circulating experience across multiple service lines and float coverage between locations.

Details

• Surgery center setting within the OR department
• Staff includes OR/PACU charge nurses, OR RNs, PACU RNs, surgical techs, SPD tech, and rad tech
• Day shift only, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Patient ratios of 1:1 in OR and 2:1 in PACU
• Uses paper charting and SIS EMR
• Required to float to all surgery centers in the Denver area on an as-needed basis
• Procedures include ortho sports medicine, general surgery, ENT, pediatrics, GYN, podiatry, plastics, and urology

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care OR RN experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience circulating a variety of service lines in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
