The opportunity seeks emergency department physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Work in a collaborative environment alongside physicians and advanced providers eager to engage. New grads are welcome due to our innovative internship program. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS are preferred. Current CA state license is a plus.

The practice Adventist Health Bakersfield – Bakersfield, California 254-bed acute care hospital with annual ED volume of 65,000+. Only A-rated hospital in Kern County. Over 20 primary and specialty care offices, as well as wound care center, wellness center, four advanced outpatient imaging centers and two mobile medical units. Comprehensive cancer center, which is the only triple accredited program in Kern County and is a clinical research site. Ambulatory and helipad facilities for receiving patients throughout the county.
