Senior Director CVO Operations

Provides leadership and develops structure with key stakeholders interfacing with the CVO. Engages CVO service leadership to support business objectives of stakeholders. Develops a team of account managers to serve as liaisons between key stakeholders and the CVO operation's teams. Leads the optimization of the credentialing system to modernize the service delivery experience for stakeholders, most notably, providers. Partners with CVO to provide process improvement to services that enhance the experience and turnaround times for stakeholders. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: N/A Education High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
