In this role, the Associate supports daily operations related to packaging tools and equipment, including coordinating orders, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with production or service activities. The Associate collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and high-quality support for customers and internal stakeholders. Typical tasks include handling customer and internal inquiries, updating systems and records, preparing basic reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves learning Marbach’s products and processes, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment, and upholding the company’s performance and customer-focused values. Qualifications Operational and organizational abilities, including attention to detail, time management, and basic process coordination. Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners. Basic technical understanding of manufacturing or industrial products, ideally within packaging or related industries. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., \"MS Office\") and the ability to learn internal systems and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to work on-site in Michigan City, IN, in a collaborative, team-based environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or customer service is beneficial.
