Non-Certified Ski Instructor Location: Boswell, PA, US Season: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Part‑time (hours available). Full‑time instructors may have a 40‑hour work week that is not guaranteed and scheduled hours may vary. Job Summary Experience the best office in the world teaching snowsports to guests of all ages. Deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20/hr Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives. Minimum age: 16+ years Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons. Work with guests of all ages, focusing on children. Deliver world‑class guest service. Create a safe and fun learning environment. Support all needs of the snow sports school, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment. Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain. Comfortable working with children aged 3 and older. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Willing to work weekends, holidays and to meet minimum scheduling requirements. Comfortable being in ski boots for extended periods of time. Placement contingent upon successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service and safety standards.
