We are seeking a receptionist to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Receive customers calls
Direct customers to team members for service/sales
Receive customer payments
Resolve customer payment issues
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong people skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
