Behavior Technician

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviors.
• Ability to navigate technology and apps to collect data and communicate with supervisors
• Ability to provide one on one ABA therapy
• Working in accordance with a team
• Understand how to take feedback and improve the skill set
• Be willing to travel to various locations within the employment area.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Ability to uphold all laws, regulations and company policy.
• Proof of a negative TB test
• Ability to pass a background check and prove auto insurance
• Calm demeanor under pressure
• Must be willing to have all behavior modules and/or 40-hour in-house training completed through Mercy Plus
• Transportation may be required for certain clients

After training week you will be scheduled Part time based on your Availability and Client need. All Hires will start Part time. Part Time Positions are currently available with competitive weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and direct deposit available.
