You'll be operating a 23-ton stick crane mounted on an International truck, working alongside a tight-knit crew that depends on you to make the toughest removals look easy.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a 23-ton stick crane for tree removals and technical lifts
- Setting up jobs safely and efficiently (rigging, load control, communication)
- Working closely with climbers and ground crew to execute complex removals
- Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Responding to emergency storm work when needed
- High-skill, high-respect position - you're a critical part of the operation
- Consistent overtime opportunities , especially during storm and emergency work

- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - required
- Proven experience operating cranes (construction, tree work, or similar)
- Strong understanding of job site safety and load dynamics
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Willingness to be available for after-hours emergency calls when needed
- Certified Crane Operator license
- Experience in tree removal or arboriculture work
- An experienced operator who takes pride in precision and safety
- Someone who wants more than repetitive job site work

- Someone who doesn't mind the occasional "all hands on deck" moment when storms hit
