Schedule: Monday-Friday + Overtime & Emergency Work

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a skilled Crane Operator who knows their way around a job site and takes pride in doing things the right way-safe, efficient, and controlled.

You'll be operating a 23-ton stick crane mounted on an International truck, working alongside a tight-knit crew that depends on you to make the toughest removals look easy.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating a 23-ton stick crane for tree removals and technical lifts
Setting up jobs safely and efficiently (rigging, load control, communication)
Working closely with climbers and ground crew to execute complex removals
Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Responding to emergency storm work when needed

What You Need

CDL (Commercial Driver's License) - required
Proven experience operating cranes (construction, tree work, or similar)
Strong understanding of job site safety and load dynamics
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Willingness to be available for after-hours emergency calls when needed

Big Plus (Not Required)

Certified Crane Operator license
Experience in tree removal or arboriculture work
