Job Title

Registered Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Location

South Weymouth, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Every 3rd weekend | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonates in a Level 3 or Level 4 intensive care setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill neonates
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Respond to emergent situations and provide neonatal resuscitation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU Level 3 or Level 4 experience required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity neonatal environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in neonatal care
