About the Role

We are looking for a QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER to join our development team. In this role, you will:

Work closely with Product Owners and Developers to ensure quality is built into products and enhancements early
Help teams implement, execute, and troubleshoot automated and manual tests
Build automation into current manual processes
Understand, create, and maintain test cases
Verify builds with acceptance tests, conduct regression tests, track bugs, and participate in story analysis
Work on an Agile cross-functional team to achieve superior results
Present your work on daily team stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and other meetings, as needed

What Do You Need?

6+ years working in software development, with at least 3 years in quality assurance
The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and shift priorities as needed, to support the success of the team s sprint goals
The desire to work within an Agile framework (SCRUM)
Interest in continuing to learn quality assurance standards and procedures
Expertise in utilizing defect tracking applications (JIRA)
Experience writing and maintaining manual test scripts
Knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server)
Experience in the HCM or Payroll industry would be a huge plus
