This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare settingExperience documenting within an Electronic Medical RecordAbility to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care TestingBasic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.Preferred QualificationsPhlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience preferred. If not experienced, must successfully complete internal phlebotomy training.Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or Emergency RoomLicensure/CertificationsThe LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.EducationGraduate of a school of Practical or Vocational Nursing, approved by the State Agency and/or accredited by the National League for Nursing (Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)) at the time the program was completed by the applicant.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$22.40 - $48.67This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
