Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

Move, organize, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
Operate warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts, when needed.
Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse duties.
Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work closely with team members to maintain an organized and productive work environment.
Participate in company training for equipment and safety procedures, including overhead cranes and other material handling equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently; team lifting is required for heavier items.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes through company-provided training.
