Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting
• Monitor and assess laboring patients using intermediate fetal monitoring techniques
• Support and care for postpartum patients following delivery
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Labor and delivery nursing experience required
• Postpartum nursing experience required
• Intermediate fetal monitoring certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Must reside 80 or more miles from the facility
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a combined labor, delivery, and postpartum unit
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity obstetric environments
