Business Analyst + Data Analyst
3B Staffing LLC
Lead the BA team for M&A Integration, assign tasks, manage timelines, deliverables, escalations
- Work with business unit teams to understand and gather requirements for new requests and projects
- Perform data analysis and source to target data mapping for retail banking products
- Work with developers and testers to create Level of Estimate (LOE) for new business requests
- Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with the end users/business and technical teams
- Perform QA, certification, and co-ordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business partners
- Analyze current state processes, create process documentation and identify process improvement opportunities
- Assist with interviews, hiring, onboarding
- Experience in writing SQL queries for reporting and analysis
- Excellent process management and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies (scrum or kanban) and tools 3B Staffing LLC
