Key Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and therapeutic treatments for patients in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per therapist
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Float between rehabilitation and acute care units as needed
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Meditech EMR
• Participate in weekend rotation (minimum 2 weekend days per 4-week block) and holiday shifts as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (PT) in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care
• Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to Meditech EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU experience
• Wound care experience
• Positive, collaborative, and proactive communication style
