INSTALLATION READINESS PROGRAM SPECIALIST- DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Department of the Air Force

Job Duties

Manages all personnel selections, briefings, and eligibility requirements on military and civilian personnel that deploy from Wright-Patterson AFB.

Serves as the installation focal point for the personnel facet of all contingencies, exercises, and deployments.

Maintains accurate accountability of personnel to ensure a concise picture of force capabilities supporting home station and other operations or missions.

Monitors the Global Command and Control System-Air Force (GCCS-AF) systems assigned to the FSS IAW AFI 36-3802 and provides training to PERSCO Team members.

Represents the 88th Force Support Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
