In this business operations, process optimization, and administrative support role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day systems that keep our company running. We value continuous learning, work-life integration, and giving our team the autonomy and tools they need to succeed.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize daily business operations, administrative workflows, and internal reporting systems.Identify process bottlenecks and implement efficient, scalable solutions using modern productivity and automation tools.Create, update, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal databases, and CRM records.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Customer Experience, and Product teams to execute internal initiatives and track team deliverables.Assist in managing vendor relationships, software subscriptions, account permissions, and remote team logistics.Requirements2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or a related operational role.Strong hands-on proficiency with digital collaboration and data management tools (e.g., G Suite, Slack, CRM platforms, Airtable/Excel).Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-directed approach to improving organizational efficiency.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or employer sponsorship.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $77,000 - $110,000 USD per yearHealth insurance options (medical, dental, and vision)Paid time off (PTO) and paid company holidays401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchRemote work stipend for home office setup and internetJ-18808-Ljbffr Paydex Technologies
