365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This opportunity provides hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes serving the Southeast and Eastern U.S. Schedules are designed to keep drivers closer to home for those based in Valdosta and surrounding areas.

• Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
• Weekly pay by direct deposit
• Regional routes across the Southeast and Eastern U.S.
• Schedules designed to keep drivers closer to home
• Brand-new Volvo VNL tractors
• Drop-and-hook dry van freight for more predictable loading and unloading

Route and role details:

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
• Transition into solo regional assignments upon successful completion of training
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Southeast and Eastern U.S.
• Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
