Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $45,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $20,000 a year.

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $50,000 and our top earners made $50,000 in commission last year."

Hybrid opportunity available after probationary training and based off of experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Connect with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets through effective communication and sales strategies.
• Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Allstate products and services to offer the best solutions for clients.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share insights and improve overall sales performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Licensing: A current Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the insurance industry, is beneficial.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively connect with clients.
• Customer Focus: A commitment to providing excellent customer service and meeting client needs.
• Remote Adaptability: Comfort with hybrid work environments, balancing in-office and remote tasks efficiently.
