2. Reservation Management: Efficiently manage reservations and waitlists, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and timely guest flow. Utilize reservation systems to optimize table turnover.

3. Guest Liaison: Act as a liaison between guests and the service team, providing information about wait times, specials, and answering general inquiries to enhance the overall dining experience.

4. Seating Strategy: Understand the layout of the restaurant and implement strategic seating plans to optimize server workloads and enhance overall efficiency.

5. Upscale Ambiance Maintenance: Contribute to the upscale ambiance of Gallion's by ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and exudes a sophisticated atmosphere.

6. Problem Resolution: Handle guest concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with the management team to find swift and effective resolutions.
