Position Overview Join Freddie Mac as our next Business Lead for Go-to-Market Strategy and support our transformational shift from product-centric to account-based marketing within our Single-Family Division in McLean, VA. Your Impact In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to sales and product teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies that align with Single‑Family's priorities and objectives, advancing company goals through targeted account-based marketing approaches. Your expertise will combine organizational insight with customer-centric methodology, supporting our teams and key accounts through strategic transformation. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving these efforts: Account-Based Marketing Implementation : Support organizational pivot from product-focused to account-centric marketing strategies, execute customer segmentation frameworks, implement targeted messaging strategies for key account segments, and develop personalized value propositions that drive account engagement. Go-to-Market Execution : Execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, support account-specific customization, implement rollout plans, track adoption metrics, and identify optimization opportunities across target customer segments. Sales Enablement & Performance Support : Develop sales toolkits tailored to account-based selling methodologies, support internal readiness training on customer-centric approaches, track measurable business outcomes for account initiatives, and monitor adoption metrics while identifying improvement opportunities. Change Management Support : Adapt quickly to changing market priorities while maintaining consistent value delivery to strategic accounts, implement flexible processes supporting account-based operations, support organizational change initiatives, and help manage communications during transformation periods. Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate with Product, Sales, Distribution, Communications, Customer Experience, Customer Education, and Strategic Operations teams to support product development alignment with account-specific market needs, ensuring successful launches through coordinated account-based campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 8+ years of relevant go-to-market and account-based marketing experience with demonstrated success in customer-centric initiatives 3+ years of change management experience supporting organizational initiatives in business environments Experience using data analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms across digital and traditional channels Strong customer service orientation along with outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and reporting skills Demonstrated experience collaborating with executives, cross-functional teams, and supporting change across business audiences and platforms Proven ability to execute account-based marketing objectives, support strategic implementation plans, and deliver high-quality results with measurable outcomes Experience or knowledge of mortgage industry, financial services, or regulated B2B environments is a plus Certification or knowledge of change management frameworks or account-based marketing platforms is a plus Keys to Success in this Role Passion for customer-centric strategy and account relationship building Leverage data insights to support market trend analysis and customer needs assessment Talent for translating complex go-to-market concepts into clear, actionable plans and executable initiatives Drive accountability and attention to detail in project execution Navigate organizational change with confidence and strategic thinking Current Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $122,000 - $182,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
