About the OpportunityAt Sooq Enterprise LLC, we're developing a new AI-powered venture focused on transforming how insurance businesses engage customers, automate operations, and accelerate digital distribution.Our technology enables insurers, brokers, agencies, MGAs, and insurance platforms to deploy branded AI insurance agents and intelligent automation solutions.As we prepare for commercial expansion, we're seeking a Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) Partner to help establish our market presence, develop strategic relationships, and drive enterprise customer acquisition.This is an early-stage opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales professional who wants to play a meaningful role in bringing innovative AI technology to market.What You'll OwnDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for our AI-powered insurance solutions.Identify and engage enterprise prospects across international markets.Build relationships with insurance executives, agencies, brokers, MGAs, and technology leaders.Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.Establish strategic partnerships and distribution opportunities.Build and manage a qualified enterprise sales pipeline.Collaborate directly with the founder on commercial positioning, customer feedback, and market expansion.Help develop scalable and repeatable sales processes.Who We're Looking ForExperience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, AI, SaaS, InsurTech, or technology consulting.Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.Demonstrated ability to independently source opportunities and close deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Confidence engaging with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Existing relationships within the insurance or enterprise technology ecosystem are highly valued.Compensation & EngagementThis is a commission-only five figure high ticket deals, performance-based partnership with uncapped earning potential.The role is structured as an independent commercial engagement, with compensation tied to successfully closed business.There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income.
