Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in all aspects of boutique operations, sales development, and team leadership. This role helps drive sales, deliver a luxury customer experience, and develop the sales team while assuming managerial responsibilities in the manager's absence. Responsibilities Provide floor coverage and lead by example to ensure a high-end client experience and achievement of sales goals. Support and monitor team performance, coach sales associates, and assist in talent development and onboarding. Assume full responsibility for the boutique when the Boutique Manager is absent and assist in resolving employee and client issues. Manage daily store operations including inventory accuracy, shrink control, timekeeping, payroll administration, and oversight of repairs. Assist with planning and executing special events and community initiatives to support sales development. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure team adherence to company and security policies and procedures. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of retail experience; previous high-end watch sales preferred. Strong organization, communication, verbal and written skills, and attention to detail. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to achieve goals defined by management. Ability to coach and develop a sales team, manage schedules, and understand sales, budgets, and forecasting.
