Customer Care Specialist

Participating in a year-long formal training program, the full-time remote Associate Customer Care Specialist will respond to customer inquiries regarding health insurance products and services through various communication channels after completing the training requirements. Key responsibilities Engages in phased classroom and on-the-job training to acquire necessary knowledge and skills Handles routine to moderately complex customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and in-person interactions Performs additional duties as assigned to support customer care operations Required qualifications Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred Two years of customer service experience in Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, or a related industry, preferably in a contact center Basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of standard customer service practices and principles Basic knowledge of health insurance products and services preferred
