We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Long-Term Care Administrator to oversee the operational success of multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight to facility Administrators, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations.

• Monitor and support operational performance, including census growth, budget management, and quality measures.

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with clinical, admissions, and support teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.

• Mentor and develop leadership teams, building strong succession pipelines.

• Lead facilities in survey readiness and manage responses to any findings.

• Travel regularly within the assigned region to provide on-site support and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license (required) in PA

• Minimum 5 years of nursing home administrator experience , with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site role.

• Proven success in census development, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement.

• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

• Ability to travel frequently within the region.
