DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position supports front desk and office operations that assist staff and community members who rely on transportation services. As a Clerk 2, you will perform the following duties: Front Desk Support: Greet walk-ins, answer phones, and assist community visitors Office Tasks: Complete data entry, scanning, filing, and mail processing Staff Assistance: Help supervisors, caseworkers, and administrative staff with daily needs Travel Coordination: Arrange staff travel plans and manage related reservations Record Handling: Maintain accurate paperwork flow to meet deadlines Customer Service: Respond to questions and provide clear information to community members Work Schedule and Additional Information Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work schedule includes irregular, evening, and weekend hours. Occasional travel in and out of the county for meetings may be required. Required Experience, Training & Eligibility QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the level of the eighth grade; or Completion of a high school business curriculum; or Any equivalent experience and/or training which provided the required knowledges and abilities.
