ADA & FMLA Workplace Accommodation Specialist

OhioHealth is seeking a Workplace Accommodation Case Manager (Provisional) for hybrid work at BLOM Administrative Campus in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on ADA accommodations, leave of absence, FMLA and job placement for associates unable to return to their duties. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience in ADA/leave management, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge.
