We offer: Competitive compensation package Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid Training and Continued Professional Development Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (vacation and sick time) Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the Collision Center Lead, coach, and develop estimators, technicians, painters, apprentices, and support staff Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to OEM repair procedures Monitor production, cycle time, quality, CSI, and profitability Review estimates and repair plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency Work closely with insurance companies, customers, vendors, and internal departments Manage scheduling, workflow, and technician productivity Maintain inventory, equipment, and facility standards Foster a positive, customer-focused culture built on teamwork and accountability Qualifications: Previous Collision Center, Body Shop, or Collision Repair Management experience required Experience estimating collision repairs is preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Thorough understanding of collision repair processes, production scheduling, and insurance procedures Knowledge of OEM repair standards and quality control practices I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Strong computer proficiency with estimating and management software Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
