Parts Sales Rep I

< Parts Sales Rep promotes superior service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for finding the correct part for the customer and ensuring we meet or exceed the customer's parts expectation. What You Will Do in This Role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Answer customer questions or seek resolution to questions or concerns
• Help load orders into vehicles by hand, forklift and hand trucks
• Ensure customers are up-to-date on order status
• Disassemble and assemble all types of hydraulic hoses
• Participate in weekend work schedules as well as after-hour work as needed
• Audit and inventory parts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Physical & Working Requirements: This role involves active work in a parts warehouse and distribution environment. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. These functions may include:

• Occasional lifting of heavier items up to 75 pounds
• Regularlifting and carrying of parts weighing up to 50pounds
• Standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional sitting
• Frequent bending, crouching, and reaching at various heights, including overhead
• Pushing and pulling materials or equipment with moderate to heavy force
• Climbing stairs, ladders, or equipment to access inventory
• Frequent use of hands for gripping, handling, and fine motor coordination when working with parts and tools
• Maintaining full range of motion, including neck and trunk movement and rotation
• Performing tasks requiring coordination of hands, feet, and visual focus
• Operating warehouse tools and equipment safely (e.g., carts, lifts, or other department tools)
• Visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Communicating effectively to support team coordination and customer needs
• Driving or traveling for business purposes, depending on location and role responsibilities
