This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will collaborate with a dynamic and interdisciplinary team comprising therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers to ensure each client receives integrated and cohesive care. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories and identify co-occurring mental health issues.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, addressing both addiction and mental health concerns.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using proven therapeutic modalities, fostering a safe space for clients to explore their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with fellow team members and healthcare stakeholders to coordinate care and ensure continuous support for clients.

• Provide educational resources and guidance to clients' family members, encouraging active participation in the recovery process and addressing any relational dynamics that impact recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the clients’ progress and treatment changes.

The clients you will serve at our substance abuse treatment center primarily include adolescents and adults grappling with addiction challenges. Your expertise will assist those feeling marginalized or overwhelmed, helping them rebuild their lives. You will focus not only on their substance use disorders but also on underlying mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. This role will require empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Specialized training or substantial experience in addiction counseling and therapeutic interventions.

• Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Strong therapeutic skills, including the ability to motivate clients and adapt approaches to individual needs.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• Previous experience in a substance abuse treatment setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and technology.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
