Electrical Engineer [Hybrid]

Under minimal supervision, this role leads the design, analysis, and implementation of MEP-T systems for small to medium-sized projects and represents the firm to clients in that scope.ResponsibilitiesLead the design of discipline-specific systems for small to medium projects using Revit and modeling/calculation tools.Assist senior engineers with complex designs, plans, and calculations.Perform calculations and simulations.Review product submittals and shop drawings.Respond to RFIs for assigned scope.Conduct site visits and prepare reports.Prepare technical documentation and participate in project meetings.Ensure project delivery within agreed schedules and budgets.Comply with QA/QC procedures and assist in developing project workplans.QualificationsEducation & LicensureBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Relevant professional licensure or certification preferred (EIT, PE, CPD, FPE, RCDD, etc.).Experience4+ years of engineering experience in the AEC industry.Technical SkillsProficient in Revit and discipline-specific software.Strong grasp of building codes and design standards.Leadership & Management SkillsCapable of guiding junior staff and leading internal reviews.Able to balance multiple priorities effectively.Communication & Business SkillsSkilled in preparing reports, proposals, and client communications.Comfortable representing the firm to clients for smaller projects.Supervisory ResponsibilityNo direct reports but may mentor junior engineers or interns.Work EnvironmentOffice-based with regular site visits; must adhere to safety requirements.Physical DemandsAbility to sit/stand for long periods, use standard office equipment, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
