Development Economist (AI Training) About the Role We're looking for experienced development economists to help shape how AI understands global and development economics. Your expertise will directly influence the accuracy, depth, and nuance of AI systems tackling some of the world's most complex economic questions - from poverty and inequality to growth and international development.

: 10-40 hours/week
- Review and evaluate AI-generated development economics content for accuracy and analytical quality
- Assess economic reasoning across topics including growth theory, inequality, poverty, and global development
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve the depth and contextual nuance of AI outputs
- Apply your real-world or academic experience to validate economic scenarios and arguments
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- 3+ years of experience teaching, researching, or working in development economics
- Strong command of global economic issues, data interpretation, and development frameworks
- Able to critically evaluate written economic reasoning with clarity and precision
- Comfortable working with structured review tasks and delivering consistent, quality feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Graduate degree in Economics or a related field
- Field experience, NGO work, or international economic policy background
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs
- Fully remote and flexible - work on your own schedule
