Sentara Internal Medicine and Family Medicine locations located in areas from Halifax, to Virginia Beach, to Northern Virginia and Charlottesville are accepting applications for 2027 and 2028 start dates.Position Highlights:40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (36 patient-facing hours and 4 hours of admin)Average number of patients per week 80-90In a large call group with infrequent call nights.Call is minimal, phone only and triaged first 24/7 by an RNNo hospital rounds requiredProvide primary care for patients in the panel. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $256,505.60 - $353,808.00 annually.
Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
