Job Summary:
A Team Member may be responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of shipping, receiving,
and picking. Activities may include but are not limited to loading or unloading, scanning, moving, staging, replenishing,
and stacking products. Responsible for counting and inspecting products and notifying leadership when there is damage
or discrepancies. Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all
duties as assigned. Meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Comply with all corporate
and site-specific policies.

Responsibilities:
• Execute all safety protocols and accomplish job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
• Accountable for safe and efficient operation of all equipment is a must.
• Operating hoist safely to move heavy parts.
• Loading & unloading, scanning, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking products.
• Counting & inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damage or discrepancies.

• Must maintain acceptable attendance in accordance with policy.
• Quality confirmations and Auditing.
• 5S: Swifting, sorting, sweeping, spic and span, standardize.
• Accuracy in picking orders to fulfill client demands.
• Verify products and/or orders meet quality standards.
• Team Members are responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Team Members must also
maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area, and assist in the security of the warehouse.
• Team Member will comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety
rules, and OSHA/ MSDS Standards.
• Team Member will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods while
using machinery tools and usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must fill out all paperwork correctly.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Qualification Requirements/Education/Skills/Abilities:
• At least 6 months’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment is desired.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
• Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
• Must work safely and adhere to all company and customer safety policies and procedures and comply with
necessary PPE as required.
• Must have regular and predictable attendance.
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Must have a good working relationship with team members of all levels.
• Must possess a positive teamwork attitude and get along well with others.
• Ability to deal with stress associated with meeting multiple deadlines and demands.
• Must be able to work around moving mobile equipment, flashing lights.
• Must be able to withstand fluctuating temperatures within the plant.
• Must be able to work in a high stress environment with time constraints and deadlines.

logistics/distribution center/warehouse environment including exposure to changing building temperatures and noise
exposure. Work may or may not include operating material handling equipment depending on your role, bending,
stooping, reaching, and climbing.
