Clinical Coordinator

Clinical CoordinatorDaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead peritoneal dialysis care in an outpatient setting. You'll provide hands-on patient care, support clinical staff, and help patients manage kidney disease at home with compassion and clinical excellence.Responsibilities:Coordinate care and monitor outcomes for peritoneal dialysis patientsEducate patients and families on home dialysisSupervise and support clinical teammatesEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsFloat to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule requiredRequirements:Current RN license and CPR certification18+ months of RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysisCharge RN readiness approvalADN required; BSN preferredICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferredCNN/CDN certification a plusBasic computer proficiency (MS Word, Outlook)What We Offer:Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matchPaid time off and PTO cash-outPaid training and career developmentFamily and mental health support (EAP, Headspace, parental leave, more)Make a difference in the lives of patients living with kidney disease.
