Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Ashland, MO . The PTA will assist in the delivery of therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence in accordance with licensure laws and APTA standards.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  
  
  
• Instruct and motivate patients in exercises, activities, and self-care
  
  
  
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
  
  
  
• Communicate effectively with the therapy team, physicians, and facility staff
  
  
  
• Demonstrate Concept Rehab’s values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity in daily practice
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (required)
  
  
  
• Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
  
  
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  
  
  
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
