About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Jackson HealthPros to find a qualified CT Tech in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 29572!

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros’ team as an experienced CT Tech! You’ll accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience 
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• At least 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
• Ability to operate GE CT equipment independently
• Ability to perform routine CT exams for ED and IP patients
• Experience with trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0730
• Setting: Hospital radiology department
• Patient population: ED and inpatient only
• Equipment: GE 512, GE 128, and GE 32-slice scanners
• Documentation system: Meditech
