Consistently securing accurate demographic information to create a complete medical record.**Pay Range**Minimum $21.00 Midpoint $21.00 Maximum $22.00*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Qualifications**Required:* At least one year working in registration in a hospital setting or equivalent.* HS diploma or equivalent.* Typing 40 WPM, experience working with computers, faxes, multiline phones, copiers, printers and other office machines.* When working in Emergency Dept, Mgmt of Assaultive Behavior certification required within 90 days of first assignment in Emergency Dept.* Excellent customer service skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills, strong team player, medical terminology* Basic Life Support , MAB - Mgmt of Assaultive Behavior**Work Environments - Functional Demand:**Medium - High energy level Lift and carry 40-50 lbs. Push/pull +/- 150-200 lbs. (Patients on bed, stretcher) Lateral transfer 150-200 lbs. (ie.
