Trauma Sales Representative - Northern Virginia

Stryker seeks a field-based Trauma Sales Representative for Northern Virginia to develop territory sales strategies, provide clinical support during surgical procedures, and build relationships with healthcare providers. This on-call position requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays to support trauma cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and market share objectives for trauma products
• Provide clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including emergency cases
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, emergency department personnel, and healthcare decision-makers
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs for customer adoption
• Manage inventory, instrument sets, and consignment assets for operational readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of sales, clinical healthcare, or combined experience
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Field-based work with 30% travel requirement
• Preferred: B2B sales, operating room, or medical device sales experience
• Preferred: Intraoperative clinical support or surgical inventory management experience
